Your feedback is important to us as it can help us improve our due diligence process within the company as well as throughout the whole supply chain.

Please provide a precise description of the issue, if possible with objective supporting evidence that can substantiate your notification/ grievance. We accept also anonymous grievances. Please let us know in which way we should contact you in this matter.

All notifications and complaints will be registered and reviewed and investigated by our Grievance Committee. Corrective measurements and follow-up actions are communicated to the involved persons.

Confidentiality

Your concerns will be treated with confidentiality. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation as well as the country-specific data protection provisions applicable to Lübecker Marzipan-Fabrik v. Minden & Bruhns GmbH & Co.
